Our range includes vermicompost, liquid plant-care products, natural floral incense and combo packs. Check the selected product, pack size, ingredients, usage instructions and contents before ordering. A combo contains the items and quantities listed on its product page.

Our temple-flower incense gives a second use to flowers collected from temples. Where recorded for a product, its Material source information identifies the temple, collection location and floral details. Review this information before purchase, or ask us for any source details you need. A source description does not imply endorsement by a temple. Natural colour, texture and fragrance can vary between batches; this does not excuse a defective product or an item that does not match its description.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An online order is confirmed after successful payment; a cash-on-delivery or WhatsApp order is confirmed when we accept it. Price-on-request, bulk and custom enquiries require an agreed quotation before becoming confirmed orders. Stock may be reserved while an order is awaiting payment, and unpaid reservations may expire.

If we cannot fulfil an order because of availability, a pricing error or delivery limitations, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or increase the agreed total without your approval. If the order is cancelled, any amount paid for it will be refunded.

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Your order summary or agreed quotation shows the payable total, delivery charges and applicable discounts before confirmation. Discount codes apply only when their conditions are met; checkout shows the discount accepted for your order.

Payment options are those shown at checkout or agreed in your quotation. Online payments are processed through Razorpay and verified before being treated as paid. Do not send us card numbers, PINs, passwords or OTPs. If money is debited but confirmation is missing, contact us with the order number and payment reference before placing another order.

Confirmed orders are delivered within 7 calendar days, unless a different schedule for a bulk, custom or price-on-request order is agreed before confirmation. Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy explain delivery, cancellation and remedies for problems with an order.

Follow the instructions and storage guidance on each product label. Plant-care products are intended for the uses stated on their labels; growing results depend on soil, crop, climate and application. Do not ingest them, and keep them away from children and pets. No particular crop yield or health outcome is promised.

Burn incense on a stable, heat-resistant holder in a ventilated area, away from flammable materials, children and pets. Never leave burning incense unattended. Avoid inhaling smoke directly; stop use if it causes discomfort. Natural ingredients do not mean smoke-free or suitable for everyone. Products are not medicines or food unless expressly labelled as such.

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and protect your account credentials. Submit only reviews and enquiry content you have the right to share. Reviews are moderated; approved reviews display the name you submit. We may remove abusive, misleading or unrelated content. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law, including remedies for defective, unsafe or misdescribed goods. You may approach the competent consumer commission or court as permitted by law. Contact us first if you need help with an order.

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms and agreed quotation applicable when your order was confirmed continue to apply to that order.
