From waste, we build worth.

Agsaimo Organic Solutions was founded on a simple observation - organic waste isn’t garbage, it’s an unfinished resource. We finish the job.

Why throw away something useful?

Agsaimo began in 2024 inside an engineering college campus in Chennai, incubated at the Sri Sairam Techno Incubator Foundation. The idea was straightforward: farms, kitchens and temples generate huge volumes of organic and floral waste every day, most of it discarded. With the right process, that same waste becomes something valuable - nutrient-rich bio-fertilizer for soil, and clean natural incense for prayer. Founded and led by Dr. B. Thanuja, Agsaimo set out to build both ends of that loop, at manufacturing scale, without shortcuts on quality or chemicals.

Waste in. Life out.

OurMission.

To create a lasting, positive impact on the environment through innovative and sustainable solutions - transforming waste into valuable resources, promoting eco-conscious practices, and inspiring people, businesses and communities to build a greener future.

OurVision.

To be a global leader in sustainable practice, where sustainability is a way of life and humanity and nature coexist - leaving a greener world for future generations.

What we believe

  1. Nothing organic is waste.

Two product families, one principle - nothing organic should end up in a landfill.

  2. Chemical-free is non-negotiable.

    Not “reduced chemicals.” None.

  3. Made at source, accountable end to end.

Manufactured in-house in Tamil Nadu - we control the input, so we can vouch for the output.

  4. Scale shouldn’t cost the planet.

Bulk supply for farms and distributors; small packs for home gardeners.

Where we’re rooted

Agsaimo was developed at Sri Sairam Techno Incubator Foundation - one of the startups in a community that shares labs, mentors and a campus.

The work started with people before it had a company name: in 2023, seventeen women from Poonthandalam village trained with the team in vermicomposting and floral-waste conversion. Livelihoods for women remain part of how Agsaimo makes what it makes.

The loop we work in

Every product we make comes out of the same loop - and goes back into it.

  1. Collect

Organic and floral waste is gathered from farms, households and temples.

  2. Convert

Worms, curing and natural processes break it down. No synthetic chemicals.

  3. Craft

The output becomes Vermi Compost Powder, Bio Wash, Vermi Liquid, or floral incense cups, cones and sticks.

  4. Return

The product goes back into soil, gardens and homes. Nothing is wasted.
